Job Description:

This professional is the maximum Marketing expert in this Company in Brazil;

Responsible of supporting Country Business objectives integrating Global Marketing Strategies with Local needs and specificities;

He/She is the owner of the Brand Equity of each Business Line in His/Her Country, in line with Global Marketing and Global Practice Leader;

He/She plans and leads execution of integrated Digital, Social Media, PR, Candidate & Client Marketing activities in his/her Country, in line with the Global Marketing Strategy and adapting them to Local specifications;

He/She owns the Marketing budget in the Country, builds it in line with Global Marketing guidelines and Country P&L targets, and tracks results / ROI;

Main activities:

·Branding: Building Gi Group Brands positioning and awareness; Implementing Marketing strategies for local Business Lines adapting Global marketing strategy and guidelines to Local needs; Leading re-branding activities in the country for the GI Brands

·Social Media,Digital Marketing, Lead Generation: Managing Websites updates and Search Engine Marketing (Organic and Paid), aligned with Global Marketing guidelines

·Managing daily / weekly Local Social Media profiles content updates and Paid Campaigns

·Managing CRM and E-Mail Marketing activities using Marketing Automation tools

·Responsible for KPIs / data analysis and monitoring processes to review Marketing activities effectiveness;

·Public relations:Developing Local PR and producing Local Industries content to support Gi Group Brand Positioning as HR industry Leaders and Experts; Identifies and builds relationship with local relevant Media stakeholders;

·Internal communication:Acting as an advisor to Local HR and Management Team, responsible of Employer Branding and internal communication;

·People Management:Leading a Team of xx People, building training & development plans; Responsibility of Local Marketing Career path definition and salary management, in line with Country Management and Global Marketing guidelines;

·Managing External Partners: Agencies, Media Partners, Freelancers;

·Share Local Marketing success cases within the Marketing Community to foster reapplication.

Turnover, Gross Profit, EBITDA and Market Shares growth

The ideal Candidate has:

·Solid of Marketing experience in a Global Matrix organization witha Leadership role.

·A proven track record of Business Results influenced by his / her Marketing activities.

·The ability to read a P&L as well as recommend, plan and manage Marketing budget in line with yearly Business Objectives.

·An attitude to analyse data, track KPIs, measure ROI and recommend how to improve efficiency of Marketing Activities.

·An obsession for continuous professional and personal development of him/herself and his/her Team.

·The ambition and the potential to further grow in the Function taking over future bigger and more complex Marketing roles potentially at Regional / Global level.

·Leadership and positive power of influencing Local and Global Company decision makers

·Experience in Leading an internal Team as well as a network of External Partners to design, execute and track results of 360° Marketing Plans .

·Experience in managing Website / SEM tools (Analytics, Google Adwords / Trends / Keyword Planner, CPC Campaigns…).

·Experience in managing Social Media Channels, metrics, Advertising accounts and Marketing automation tools.

·Experience in offline PR, Influencers Marketing and Event Management.

·An excellent English written and spoken.
