Job Description:

This role is responsible for the establishment and enablement of a data-driven decision-making culture across global HR. Designs and delivers user-centric dashboards, predictive models, and ad-hoc analyses in service of key business needs. Makes recommendations to influence key strategic business decisions and uses creative thinking to contribute to the development of the People Analytics strategy.


Primary purpose:

- Define and execute adoption and culture enablement change plan to engage and upskill HR community in utilizing data and metrics;

- Lead People Analytics adoption and training initiatives for targeted stakeholder groups role, using one-off tactics (e.g. workshops) and/or sustainable methods (e.g. eLearning);

- Create adoption and training resources and curate eLearning content via LinkedIn Learning and/or other third-party resources, customizing as needed;

- Establish and embed network of People Analytics champions to maximize impact across HR and the business.


Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree;

- Minimum 2-4 years relevant consultative reporting and analytics experience;

- Required proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs (Advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint experience);

- Preferred advanced knowledge in SuccessFactors tools including Table, Canvas, People Stories, Qliksense/Snowflake and Workforce Analytics;

- English is essential for this position.
