Is seeking for a IBP Manager - Business and Systemsfor IT & Supply to work within a global team looking to North America handling environment.


Provide business advice and consultancy to IBP(Integrated Business Process) and Commercial Teams, understanding business needs and exploring opportunities for improvement in the Supply area and Data Analytics;

•Strong relationships with Supply Business and Technology stakeholders to develop business partnerships;

•Building solutions through IT, SAP knowledge, manufacturing, Data and Supply expertise by writing functional specifications for solutions/systems engineers to create technical designs and delivery solutions;

•Collaborate with solution architects, adhering to enterprise architecture frameworks and roadmaps to design processes, systems, and information/data architectures;

•Applying SAP solving problems, based on deep knowledge of SD/WMS/TMS module and integrations to look close to Supply Chain, Sales (Intern, Export) and transportation;

•Provide project management support, being responsible for project planning and execution;


•Experience in a business relationship with Supply Chain, Commercial areas through technology solutions (Sales Order Management, S&OP, Demand Planning, Export processes);

•Solid experience with SAP environment and integration with TMS and WMS solutions;

•Working knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC);

•Knowledge of modern workflow applications, digital transformation concepts, automation and data analytics;

•Project management methodologies working knowledge well work planning, status reporting and issue management;

•Ability to work in global, multinational and remote teams in a matrix organization;

•Bachelor’s degree in technology, engineering or related field;

Advanced/Fluent English, for an international report and global interaction team;


•Relational profile, ability to collaborate with various areas and different hierarchies; (Communication)

•Responds to change with a positive attitude, willingness to learn and accomplish objectives; (Adaptability)

•Proven record for working in a stressful and demanding, customer-facing, environment (Resilience);

•A desire to make things happen sets stretch goals, and motivates others to achieve them (Results Oriented);
