IT BP Sales Specialist
We are assisting a paking multinational company in search of a IT BP Sales Specialist.
 
Responsabilidades:
As a member of the team, you will be reportting directly to Sales VP, and your primary responsibilities will be:
  • Leads efforts to elicit future systems requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business analysis to analyze, design and implementation business solutions for CRM (Client Relationship Management).
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed.
  • Delivers high quality technical solutions that meet business needs. Configures, develops, and tests, monitors and supports changes and enhancements to applications systems.
  • Responsible for complying with the SDF process. Utilizes end-to-end software development life cycle (SDLC) practices to deliver a quality Product.
 
Quem estamos buscando:
  • 5+ years development experience implementing solutions  for complex systems supporting business processes.
  • Proven project planning and management experience in CRM (Client Relationship Management).
  • Experience in driving software and technology solutions in large, complex organizations.
  • Working knowledge in programming, systems design, computer operating systems and utilities, project management, risk management, security, cost management, implementation and start-up of new business processes.
  • Experience in driving process and technology re-engineering using industry practices e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, COBIT, ITIL, CMMi.
  • Fluent in English.
